- Credit control and debt collection. This allows our clients to enjoy a complete outsourcing of their debtor’s department and administration tasks
- We are committed to accurate, ethical and professional coding to enable you to fully benefit from the hours you spent consulting or doing procedures in theatre.
- We are able to bill according to your practice needs and set tariffs on all medical aids, private, capitation, IOD, RAF and medical legal accounts.
- Management reports and monthly meetings. Our detailed monthly reports give our clients a complete financial overview which includes turnover, payments received as well as detailed age analysis. By meeting monthly, we keep you in touch with the finances and the health of your practice.

Credit Control Services and Systems:
- We make use of E-Statements and a SMS function for collection.
- Posting of accounts will be done where email is not available
- All payments get reconciled against the practice bank statement allowing accurate allocations of payments to patient accounts.
- Full NCA requirements are met with notifications and final demands
- Your patient will always be contacted telephonically before action will take place
- No action will be taken if not authorized by yourself or dedicated person
- Legal Collection Letters are sent out via a dedicated system.
- All accounts listed for Legal Collection will be handed over, free of charge to our clients as the Attorneys charges the collection fees to the patient’s account.
It just makes sense to have a one-stop service. This is not a compulsory service, but an additional benefit/ advantage for outsourcing your practice administration to Spesbilling and can be discussed as an additional add-on.
- Reconciling bank statement in Pastel (weekly)
- Cashbook reconciliations in Pastel (weekly)
- VAT returns completed to SARS
- Pastel up to trial balance will be forwarded to your accountant for tax purposes
- Monthly payroll done on payroll system, printing of payslips to employees
- EMP 201 returns to SARS
- Bi-annual and annual submissions of EMP501’s to SARS
- Issue of Annual IRP5’s to employees
- Management accounts provided monthly
